Mosaic Ambassador Program Legal Guidelines

These legal guidelines (“Guidelines”) outline the terms and conditions that govern your participation in the Mosaic Ambassador Program (“Program”). By becoming a Mosaic Ambassador (“Ambassador”), you agree to comply with these Guidelines. The Program is subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mosaic operates.

  1. Eligibility and Application:

1.1. To be eligible for the Program, you must be of legal age in your country of residence or have the legal consent of a parent or guardian where required.

1.2. You must submit a complete and accurate application to be considered for the Ambassador role.

1.3. Mosaic reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

  1. Volunteer Nature:

2.1. The Ambassador position is voluntary and unpaid, and no contractual or employment relationship is established between the Ambassador and Mosaic.

2.2. Ambassadors shall not represent themselves as official employees, agents, or representatives of Mosaic, and are solely responsible for their own actions and statements.

  1. Conduct and Responsibilities:

3.1. Ambassadors must uphold the highest ethical standards, act responsibly, and refrain from engaging in any activities that could harm Mosaic’s reputation or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

3.2. Ambassadors shall actively contribute to the growth and success of the Mosaic community, engaging in constructive discussions and promoting positive interactions.

3.3. Ambassadors shall not engage in any misleading or deceptive practices or make false claims on behalf of Mosaic.

  1. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property:

4.1. Ambassadors may be granted access to confidential or proprietary information related to Mosaic. Such information must be treated with the utmost confidentiality and not disclosed to any third parties without prior written consent from Mosaic.

4.2. Ambassadors shall respect the intellectual property rights of Mosaic and third parties. Any content created by Ambassadors for the Program must not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.

  1. Ambassador Activities:

5.1. Ambassadors may participate in specific tracks, as chosen during their application, such as content creation, community well-being, events, or on-chain activity, as directed by Mosaic.

5.2. Ambassadors are encouraged to collaborate, share ideas, and support each other within the Program and across the Mosaic community.

  1. Termination of Ambassadorship:

6.1. Mosaic reserves the right to terminate an Ambassador’s role in the Program at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.

6.2. Ambassadors may also resign from the Program at any time by providing written notice to Mosaic.

  1. Amendments to Guidelines:

7.1. Mosaic may update or modify these Guidelines at any time without prior notice. Ambassadors will be notified of any changes, and it is their responsibility to review and comply with the updated Guidelines.
