Welcome to this week’s Mosaic Chain developer status update. Below is a quick overview of what the team worked on this week, followed by what we’re planning to move forward with next week.
THIS WEEK’S PROGRESS (AUG 17 – AUG 19)
... with reduced capacity: three working days due to the national holiday (20.08.), with several team members also on holiday leave.
– Polkadot-SDK update was released to Devnet;
– Mainnet polkadot-SDK update: Preparing to deploy the SDK update to our mainnet nodes before the long weekend as a precaution following the unexpected impact of the recent Paseo relaychain upgrade on the Devnet nodes. Full rollout across all nodes is planned for next week;
– The development of the validator NFT auctioning pallet has progressed further;
– Frontend development to address validator dashboard accessibility and login issues is underway;
– Frontend tests for multi-hop swaps and exact-destination-amount swaps were completed.
NEXT WEEK’S FOCUS (AUG 24 – AUG 28)
Planned for next week:
– Release of polkadot-sdk migration to all of the mainnet nodes
– Continuing testing of frontend and indexing features
– Expanding the liquidity pool details view with historical prices and swap history
– Continue implementation of validator NFT auction pallet
– Working on mosaic-DID pallet integration
– Continuing admin backend improvements (multi-user support, remote shell access)
